What I learned in the process was that you are your habits and if you change your habits, you can change your entire life.

Everything was technically "fine".
I should have been "fine"...

I should have been grateful! My life was great! My career was great! Except something was off and I couldn't pinpoint it and I could feel myself sliding into depression. I decided to become a total habit-change junkie. I dove headfirst into studying it, and bit by bit, things started to shift:

  • I lost 75 pounds!
  • I rediscovered sleep, and made it a non-negotiable & became one of those "morning people"
  • I fell in love with strength training and began to feel powerful!
  • I ditched my nightly wine habit and started to do the work to heal the triggers that made me reach for a glass in the first place!
  • I began journalling practice that helped me discover my purpose!
  • I finally stopped the people-pleasing and stepped into my own power!
  • I re-fell for my husband and revived my marriage. (After 17 years! Goodbye autopilot, hello romance!)

We’ll meet bi-weekly via Zoom for one-hour sessions where we dive deep into your goals and progress. Between sessions, I’ll give you personalized homework to keep the momentum going. Need support in between? No worries—I’ve got you covered. You’ll have access to send me 5-minute voice memos. So whether you’re stuck, celebrating a win, or just need a pep talk, I’ll be there to help keep you on track!

How does it work?

What if I’ve tried everything and still can’t get it together?

Perfect. You’re in exactly the right place. Because here, we’re not doing “everything.” We’re doing the right things for you. You’re not stuck—you’ve just been trying someone else’s methods. Let’s find what actually works for you. (Based in neuroscience!)

I already know exactly what I want. Can I skip ahead to the systems phase?

Look at you, all ready and raring to go! Yes, we can absolutely customize the process to fit where you are right now. Accountability and homework will be your jam, and I can already tell—you’re going to be a star student, aren’t you? Let’s dive straight into building those systems!

k. but. Are you going to make me stop drinking?

Haha, no! I’m not going to make you do anything! You get to call the shots here (pun intended). I’m your ally and accountability partner, but the decisions? All yours. Together, we’ll figure out what to take out during the elimination phase and what aligns with your goals. However, If you do want to make alcohol irrelevant, one of my certifications specifically catered to ditching alcohol. (But only if that’s what you want. You’re the captain. I’m your first mate.)

Do I need to have a goal before we start?

Nope! If you don’t have a specific goal, we’ll figure it out together in the Discovery Phase. My job is to help you get clear on what you really want—and then make it happen.

What is your coaching background?

My approach is grounded in practical, actionable methods based in neuroscience, blending mindset and success modalities with homework and accountability. We’ll work together to create real, lasting change, backed by science, a whole lot of support, and a touch of enneagram. I have five-coaching certifications, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, accredited through the ICF (International Coaching Federation)—the gold standard in coaching and the IAOTH (International Association of Therapists).

How long until I see results?

Good question! The process is different for everyone, but we’ll focus on building momentum right away. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but with the right systems in place, you’ll start seeing shifts faster than you think.
