For a decade, I was knee-deep in diapers and
toddler tantrums, and my life felt like a never-ending blur. It was like life was happening to me, not with me, and I could feel myself
sliding into a dark pit of depression. So, I decided to become a total
habit-change junkie. I dove headfirst into studying it, and bit by bit, things started to shift:
- I lost 75 pounds!
- I rediscovered sleep, and made it a non-negotiable & became one of those "morning people"
- I fell in love with strength training and began to feel powerful!
- I ditched my nightly wine habit and started to do the work to heal the triggers that made me reach for a glass in the first place!
- I began journalling practice that helped me discover my purpose!
- I finally stopped the people-pleasing and stepped into my own power!
- I re-fell for my husband and healed my marriage. (for real! after 17 years! I'm as shocked as you are!)
