How much will it cost?
The course have IN DEPTH nutrition protocol similar to a Whole 30, but more simplified, you can read the overview here as it follows the same general rules as my 5-day reset. The goal is to be able to commit to good foods without ever having to tell the waiter “Excuse me, can you remake this without sunflower oil?” (see also: challenging, but reasonable)
